Recipes Pimento Cheese Grits
Grits and pimento cheese are a winning combination! These grits are super cheesy and creamy and so easy to make.
Ingredients
- ▢2 cups milk
- ▢2 cups water
- ▢1/4 teaspoon salt
- ▢1 cup quick grits, NOT instant grits
- ▢2/3 cup pimento cheese
Instructions
- Add milk, water and salt to a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil.
- Gradually stir in grits. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until thickened, about 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in pimento cheese.
